Exterior Revealed as Interiors Take Shape

November has delivered noticeable transformation across Sanctuary Sandringham as construction enters the final phases and the full vision of this bayside development begins to come to life.

Much of the exterior scaffolding has now been removed, revealing the architectural details and creating a clearer view of the final built form. Alongside this, the exterior paving is progressing steadily, with works completed up to level 3.

Inside the apartments, joinery and carcass installation have reached level 4, whilst wardrobe interiors are now being installed throughout. The marble benchtops have been fitted up to level 1 and the timber flooring is complete up to level 4, giving a real sense of how the finished spaces will feel. In the bathrooms, the joinery is complete up to level 4 and fit-off works are already underway.

 

The townhouses have also moved forward with stair installation, now complete, setting the stage for final interior works in the coming weeks.

 

 

Looking ahead, November will roll into December with further interior progress. The joinery installation will continue and be followed by the installation of kitchen and bathroom benchtops. The bathroom fit-off works and shower screen installation are scheduled to proceed, alongside the carpet laying and the landscaping. On level 4, the arbour structure is also set to commence, adding a refined architectural feature to the rooftop space. The townhouse fit-outs will continue as these homes move closer to completion.

As the building comes to life inside and out, Sanctuary Sandringham is fast approaching the lifestyle it was designed to deliver.

Only a few opportunities remain
A mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments is still available, with only 3 townhouses remaining. Eligible buyers can still take advantage of the off-the-plan stamp duty savings, but time is running out.
