Sanctuary Sandringham: September Construction Update

Spring has brought fresh momentum to Sanctuary Sandringham and September has delivered strong progress across both the exterior and interior. As structure gives way to the finishes, the transformation of this bayside address is truly underway.

All windows across the building are now installed, so natural light pours into every residence. Meanwhile, the exterior detailing has progressed to the upper levels. The rendering and exterior works have been completed up to level 3, shaping the building’s character and its streetscape presence.

Inside, trades are active on every level. The service rough-ins are continuing throughout the building, whilst framing and plasterboard installation have advanced to level 5, helping define internal layouts and preparing spaces for finishing touches. Additionally, the internal waterproofing has reached level 2 and painting is underway on the ground and first floors. At the same time, tiling has commenced on the ground floor, marking the start of surface finishes and bringing texture and detail into focus.

Looking ahead, momentum will remain strong as more detail-oriented works begin. The tower crane is set to be dismantled, making way for final works at the roof level. Soon, the joinery installation will commence, followed by the fit-off of appliances and the sanitary fixtures and fittings throughout the building. Meanwhile, the balcony balustrades will also be installed, further shaping the outdoor spaces and elevating the overall finish of each home.

As Sanctuary Sandringham continues to take form, each stage reflects the care and quality behind this premium bayside development.
