# Sanctuary Sandringham July Construction Update: Momentum Builds as the Structural Progress Continues

July marked another strong month of progress at Sanctuary Sandringham, with construction works advancing steadily across both the apartment and townhouse components of the development.
On the apartment side, we’ve now poured up to level 4, bringing us closer to full structural completion. The townhouses have reached a major milestone, with all structural works now fully complete. Inside, the rough-in works for the essential services have commenced and are underway up to level 1. Meanwhile, activity continues below ground as the fitout works progress throughout basements 1 and 2.
Looking ahead to August, the momentum continues with several key milestones on the horizon. The full structural completion is expected across the apartments, setting the stage for major internal works. The window installation will commence, allowing natural light to begin filling the future living spaces. Internal framing and plasterboard installation will follow, along with lift installation and the commencement of townhouse fitouts, marking the transition from structural works to interior finishes.
Sanctuary Sandringham is taking shape beautifully and each phase brings us closer to the lifestyle this bayside address promises.
**Limited apartments and townhouses remain**We still have a selection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments available, with only three townhouses remaining. Eligible buyers can still take advantage of valuable off-the-plan stamp duty savings.
