Sanctuary Sandringham October Construction Update

October marks a major step forward at Sanctuary Sandringham, with structural works now behind us and the focus shifting firmly to interior finishes. The transformation from a construction site into a refined bayside residence is well underway.

Externally, progress is clear. The tower crane has been successfully removed and all exterior installation works are now complete, giving the building its final form. Inside, all apartment walls and ceilings have been finished, while waterproofing works are complete up to level 4. Painting is progressing across multiple levels, bringing a sense of warmth and depth to internal spaces.

Tiling has also made strong progress, now completed up to level 2 across both bathrooms and balconies. The staircase installation within the townhouses is finished and on the ground floor, joinery installation has commenced, setting the tone for the high-quality interiors to follow.

In the weeks ahead, interior activity will ramp up further. Whilst joinery will continue throughout the upper levels, followed by the installation of timber flooring, balustrades and kitchen and bathroom appliances. The lift installation is nearing completion and as progress advances, scaffold removal will begin, revealing more of the building’s architectural detail.

Each milestone brings us closer to delivering a thoughtfully crafted home that blends modern convenience with coastal charm.

Limited homes remain
We still have a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments available, with only 3 townhouses remaining. Off-the-plan stamp duty savings are still available for eligible buyers, but opportunities are narrowing as we near completion.
