August has been a milestone month at Sanctuary Sandringham, with the building structure now officially complete. This major achievement marks the transition from external works to the detailed interior stages that will soon bring each home to life.

Across the apartments, external works are progressing steadily. The window installation and exterior finishes have commenced installation up to level 3, while render works are well underway along the façade and continuing up to level 1. These works are shaping the architectural character of the building and setting the tone for its coastal-inspired design.

Internally, activity continues at a pace. Services rough-in is progressing up to level 3, while framing and plasterboard works have reached level 2. These stages define the internal layout of each residence and pave the way for finishes and fittings to follow.

As we head into September, the focus will shift toward interior refinement. Ceiling sheeting is scheduled to begin and internal painting will commence across apartment levels. Joinery installation and the fit-off of key items such as sanitary fittings, fixtures and doors will also get underway. The lift installation is set to commence, supporting continued progress as we move toward completion.
