Parkview Burwood August 2026 Construction Update

Construction is continuing at pace at Parkview Burwood, with the basement slabs and ground floor slab now fully poured. This marks an important step in the structural program as the building begins to rise above the basement.

Precast installation is also progressing through the basement and ground floor. These panels are helping to define the building’s internal spaces while supporting the next stages of the structure.

Services incorporated into the structure

Alongside the concrete and precast works, the team has been installing essential in-slab services. Plumbing, electrical and fire safety services have been carefully positioned within the slabs before each concrete pour.

Coordinating these services at this stage allows them to become part of the structure while helping later works progress efficiently. It also requires careful planning across the construction team to ensure every connection aligns with the approved building design.

What is coming up

The next major milestone is the level 1 slab pour, followed by the stairs connecting levels 1 and 2. Once these works are complete, precast panel installation will continue across level 1.

The team will then begin forming the level 2 slab, followed by the installation of post-tensioning components and reinforcement steel. The level 2 slab pour is currently targeted for later in the month.

• Pouring the level 1 slab
• Pouring the stairs between levels 1 and 2
• Installing precast panels across level 1
• Forming the level 2 slab
• Installing post-tensioning components and reinforcement steel
• Preparing and pouring the level 2 slab as works progress

Parkview Burwood continues to rise

With the basement and ground floor slabs complete, the building is entering a highly visible stage of construction. Each new slab, stair section and precast panel will add further height while bringing the architectural form of Parkview Burwood into clearer view.

This progress reflects the continued coordination of concrete works, structural elements and essential services across the site. It is an exciting period for purchasers as their future homes begin to take shape above ground.
