Construction at Beach Point Sandringham continues to push ahead this July, with solid progress seen across multiple areas of the site. As the structure grows and internal works begin to take shape, our vision for this boutique Bayside development is becoming increasingly tangible.

Level 3 Topped Out

We’re pleased to share that level 3 has now been officially topped out, marking a key structural milestone. This important step lays the groundwork for upcoming works that will further define the building’s silhouette in the months ahead. With blue steel framing now delivered to the site, installation has begun, along with roof trusses to seal in the upper levels.

Internal Framing Underway

The internal fit-out is gaining momentum. Framing has commenced in the basement for the bin rooms and is now underway in the ground-floor apartments. Our teams are also preparing to frame walls across levels 1 and 2 throughout the rest of this month, progressing the interiors from a bare structure into clearly defined living spaces.

Building Services Kick Off

Behind the scenes, essential services are being prepared to bring each residence to life. The fire sprinkler installation has commenced and the rough-in works for the plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems will begin on the ground floor shortly. 

Commercial Frontage and Entry Complete

On the exterior, blockwork has been completed for the commercial tenancies and main front entries. This brings definition to Beach Road’s streetscape presence and marks another visible step toward the final architectural vision.

With each passing month, Beach Point is making confident strides toward its Q1 2026 completion. From premium coastal design to a lifestyle enriched by Bayside convenience, it’s a project that continues to attract strong interest.
