We’re pleased to share the latest construction update from Sanctuary Sandringham, where progress continues steadily on this highly anticipated bayside development.
May Milestone: Ground Floor Structure Complete
The month of May marked a significant milestone on site, with the successful pour of the ground floor structure. This foundational work sets the stage for the vertical progression of the building and reflects the strong momentum our construction team has maintained. With this phase completed, the vision of Sanctuary Sandringham is truly beginning to take shape.
Looking Ahead: June Forecast
As we move into June, we anticipate even greater visible progress. Structural works are now advancing toward the upper levels, with construction scheduled to reach completion up to level 2 by the end of the month. This will include the pouring of concrete slabs and the installation of precast panels and columns, continuing the building’s upward rise.
In addition to vertical works, June will also see the commencement of the services installation in the basement. Electrical and plumbing infrastructure will be laid in preparation for future fit-outs, ensuring that everything below ground is set up to support the building’s functionality and design.
