January has opened with strong progress at Sanctuary Sandringham as final touches continue to sharpen the look and feel of the completed building. With key interior and exterior elements now advancing together, the project is moving closer to inviting our buyers into their new homes.
The balustrades are now complete, adding a finished edge to balconies and helping define each outdoor space. Within the townhouses, joinery and stone installation are underway, which means kitchens and bathrooms are taking on their final form with the materials that shape everyday living. The timber flooring to the townhouses is also progressing, bringing warmth underfoot and a more complete sense of the interiors as spaces come together.
Outside, the landscaping work is underway, an exciting step as the surrounding environment begins to match the quality of the homes themselves. As planting, pathways and finishing touches are delivered, Sanctuary’s arrival experience and shared spaces will continue to take shape.
