With work well underway, our team has been making significant headway in bringing this premium development to life. ### **Progress So Far** The year has kicked off with substantial progress across key structural components of the site. To date, we have successfully: - Commenced bulk excavation, preparing the site for the next stages of construction. - Completed shotcrete works down to the first level of the basement, ensuring structural stability and support for the lower levels.   ![SS Feb-3](https://blog.norus.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Sanctuary%20Sandringham/Construction%20Update%20Photos/SS%20Feb-3.jpg?width=548&height=411&name=SS%20Feb-3.jpg) ### **What’s Coming Next?** March is set to be another busy month, with several key milestones on the horizon. Over the next few weeks, our focus will be on: - Completing bulk excavation down to Basement 2, clearing the way for foundational works. - Finalising all shotcrete works, reinforcing the structural integrity of the basement levels. - Commencing footing excavation, laying the groundwork for the main structure of the building. As we progress through these critical construction phases, we remain committed to delivering the highest quality build, ensuring every element of Sanctuary Sandringham aligns with the vision of sophisticated and contemporary coastal living. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue shaping this exciting project.
