Basement works are taking shape
The June update shows a busy, well-organised site with excavation works largely defining the basement footprint. Retention walls have been established around the site perimeter, creating a secure working environment for the next sequence of construction activity.
Within the site, machinery and trades are continuing to prepare the lower areas for upcoming structural works. Reinforcement is visible in several zones, along with early service preparation and materials positioned for the next stage. These details are a strong sign that the project is moving from major groundworks into more detailed construction activity.
What happens next
The next stage will focus on progressing structural works within the basement zone, with continued reinforcement placement, service preparation and concrete works, moving the project closer to the first major slab stages.
