Beach Point Sandringham Construction Update – October 2025

October has delivered strong momentum on site at Beach Point Sandringham, with key internal works now completed and apartment finishes beginning to take shape. With walls closed in, waterproofing complete and joinery installation underway, each residence is steadily transitioning from structure to home.

Structural Works Nearing Completion

All apartment walls and ceilings are now finished throughout the building, providing a solid foundation for the detailed work that follows. Internal waterproofing has been completed up to level 2, supporting upcoming tiling, joinery and fit-off activities. At the same time, external finishes continue progressing up to level 2, shaping the visual identity of the building as it takes form along Beach Road.

Internal Fitout Well Advanced

Tiling has been completed on level 1 and is now advancing through level 2, while internal painting continues progressively after each plastered stage. Whilst joinery installation has commenced on the ground floor and will soon extend to levels 1, 2 and 3, adding depth and functionality to kitchens, bathrooms and storage spaces across the building.

Looking ahead, installation of balustrades will soon begin, helping define balconies and outdoor zones. The timber flooring is also set to commence, along with the fit-off of fixtures, appliances and the completion of the lift install, all major steps in delivering the premium apartment experience Beach Point is known for.
