Interiors Progress Strongly as Final Finishes Take Shape

November has been another productive month at Beach Point Sandringham, with significant progress made across both interior and exterior works. As we edge closer to completion, the building is evolving rapidly into a finished residential address, with premium details now being added throughout.

Interior Finishes in Full Swing

Inside, the residences are coming together beautifully. The joinery installation is nearing completion, bringing practical storage and sleek finishes to kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. The timber flooring is now finished up to level 2, whilst carpet installation is currently underway on the ground floor. The bathroom tiling is complete and the fitout has progressed through to level 2.

In addition, interior painting has been finalised throughout the building, helping create a clean, cohesive look and setting the tone for upcoming finishes. Looking ahead, the marble installation will begin next week and appliances are scheduled for delivery at the same time, allowing kitchen fit-offs to proceed with plumbing and electrical connections.

Outdoor Works and Penthouse Detailing

Externally, the removal of scaffolding has revealed Beach Point’s architectural form and strong street presence. The outdoor paving is now underway and the courtyard works on the ground floor have commenced, introducing the first elements of the landscaped surrounds that will enhance daily life for future residents.

Up at the penthouse level, work continues on premium details including the private outdoor area, pool, flooring and final plastering, setting the stage for one of the project’s most impressive homes.

With each step forward, Beach Point Sandringham moves closer to welcoming its new residents. Practical completion remains on track for early 2026 and interest is building as final residences become limited.
