With spring now underway, construction at Beach Point Sandringham continues to gather pace. As we move closer to completing the building’s structure, we’re steadily shifting focus to interior work. September, in particular, delivered major progress across multiple fronts, including windows, finishes and the roof.
Windows Installed, Roof Takes Shape
A key milestone this month is the completion of window installation across the entire building, which offers a clear sense of the project’s final form. Meanwhile, framing for the roof and the top level is nearing completion and roofing work is already underway. Together, these advances bring us another step closer to full structural enclosure.
Exterior Finishes Advance
Exterior materials have now been installed up to level 2, further defining the building’s emerging façade. These finishes have been carefully selected to complement Beach Point’s refined coastal aesthetic and bring the architectural vision to life. In addition, render work will commence over the coming weeks, further refining the building’s street presence.
Inside the Apartments
Internally, there has been a strong push across all levels. Services rough-in is continuing throughout the building, whilst framing and plasterboard installation are complete from the ground floor through level 2. Level 3 is currently undergoing services rough-in in preparation for plasterboard. Moreover, first-fix carpentry is now complete up to level 1 and waterproofing is progressing to the same point.
Painting is also moving steadily and is now complete up to and including level 1. Meanwhile, tiling has begun in the ground-floor apartments, marking a major step toward the high-quality finishes Beach Point is known for. Looking ahead, joinery installation will commence in the coming weeks, bringing kitchens and bathrooms to life.
On Track
With each month, Beach Point Sandringham edges closer to completion and the project remains firmly on track for early 2026. Construction momentum is strong and the vision for this boutique bayside address becomes clearer with every update.
