Located on Beach Road, just 500 meters from Hampton and Sandringham villages, Beach Point is shaping up to be a premier coastal address. ## **Progress So Far** Our construction team has been hard at work, making steady advancements on-site. Here’s a snapshot of what has been completed so far: - Crane Installation – A key milestone, allowing us to commence lifting for major structural work. - Final Site Detail Cut – Ensuring the site is properly prepared for foundational work. - Shotcrete Spraying – Applied for retaining walls and structural integrity. - Pad Footings Completed – Marking a major step in stabilising the structure. - Plumbing in Grounds Commenced – Laying the groundwork for essential underground services. - Excavation Work – Extensive digging and soil removal to reach the basement level. The next key milestones include: - The first crane lifts will start tomorrow, beginning major structural work. - Continued plumbing in grounds under the Basement 2 slab. - Formwork and reinforcement preparation for the first half of the Basement 2 slab. - The concrete pour for the first half of the Basement 2 slab is scheduled for mid-next week. - Final excavation work to remove the remaining dirt from the plumbing in the grounds. - Demobilisation of excavators as excavation comes to an end. ## **What This Means for Beach Point** With the basement slab pour approaching, the project is moving closer to the next major stage—above-ground construction. This will mark a significant turning point as the structure begins to take shape. Stay tuned for further updates as we continue delivering Beach Point Sandringham.
