Beach Point Sandringham Construction Update (March 2025)

We’re excited to share the latest construction milestone at our Beach Rd site in Sandringham. 

Works are progressing well, with significant achievements both below ground and in preparation for the structure above.

All basement footings and in-ground plumbing have been successfully completed, marking a major step forward in the build. The basement 2 slab has been poured, providing a solid foundation for the construction of the superstructure.

Formwork for basement 1 is now underway, with the first section of the slab scheduled to be poured shortly. The ramp connecting basement 1 to basement 2 on the southern side of the site has also been poured, further advancing access and functionality at this level.

Precast installation has commenced, with all columns and panels for basement 2 now in place. With these milestones reached, the structural component of the build is set to ramp up, with major concrete pours planned approximately every 10 days moving forward.

Construction will continue following a consistent sequence involving formwork, steel reinforcement, post-tensioning, concrete pours and ongoing precast panel installation.

The team is proud of the momentum achieved so far and remains focused on maintaining progress throughout the next stages of the project. Further updates will be shared as construction continues to evolve.
