May marked significant structural progress on-site at Beach Point Sandringham, with both the ground floor and level 1 slab pours now complete. These milestones provide a strong foundation for the building’s future stages and signal that the development is progressing steadily. In June, we're continuing this momentum with the second half of the level 1 slab pour already underway.
Formwork has now been removed in the basements, allowing us to commence essential service installations, including electrical and plumbing systems. On level 1, precast columns and panels have been successfully installed, adding visible structure to the building’s form.
Looking ahead, work has begun on forming the level 2 slab. This stage involves a combination of formwork setup, reinforcement installation, and post-tensioning to ensure the structure's durability and integrity. Our plumbing teams will also be installing in-slab services in preparation for the upcoming concrete pour. Following the slab pour, additional days will be dedicated to installing columns and panels to continue shaping the upper levels of the building.
